Job Description
Enlighten International Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Field Marketing Expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to promote Enlighten Education's services and programs.
- Visit schools, colleges, educational institutions, and training centers to build partnerships and generate student referrals.
- Organize seminars, workshops, career counseling sessions, and educational fairs.
- Conduct presentations to students, parents, teachers, and institutional representatives.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Generate qualified leads and ensure timely follow-up with the admissions and counseling team.
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and outreach campaigns.
- Distribute marketing materials and ensure proper brand visibility.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing and admissions teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of institutional visits, leads, and partnership opportunities.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and partnership targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- At least 1year of experience in field marketing with educational institutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
