We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead client accounts, oversee project execution, and manage the agency’s content, creative, and performance teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands both strategy and execution, can confidently manage clients, and has experience leading teams in a fast-paced agency environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that client objectives are translated into effective marketing plans and delivered efficiently by the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all client accounts across the agency
- Manage and mentor Client Managers and coordinate with content, design, video, and performance teams
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with client business goals
- Review content calendars, campaign plans, and creative direction before client delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Participate in client meetings and provide strategic recommendations
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with Meta Ads, SEO, content, and creative teams to ensure integrated execution
- Manage team workflows, priorities, and resource allocation
- Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations when required
