Job Description:


We are hiring a motivated and growth-oriented Lead Generation and Outreach Associate to support outbound lead generation and sales development for U.S.-based companies including TaxMD™, Full Time Employee, and INVESTOR FRIENDLY CPA®.


This role is focused on lead research, prospecting, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, CRM management, and outbound campaign support. This is not a cold-calling focused role. The main responsibility is to identify the right prospects, understand their business needs, support outbound campaigns, and help create qualified opportunities for the sales team.


The ideal candidate should have experience with lead generation, email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, outreach campaigns, CRM systems, and working with U.S. business audiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Research U.S. based companies and decision makers.
  • Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn. websites. databases. and prospecting tools.
  • Find relevant contacts based on industry, company size, hiring signals, and ideal customer profile.
  • Support outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Personalize outreach messages based on prospect research.
  • Track replies, engagement, and interest level.
  • Identify qualified prospects and share them with the sales team.

Email and LinkedIn Outreach

  • Support outbound email campaigns for U.S. based audiences.
  • Assist with LinkedIn prospecting and connection workflows.
  • Test messaging angles, subject lines, and follow up approaches.
  • Manage prospect responses and update next steps.
  • Route interested prospects to the sales team.
  • This role is not focused on in person meetings or heavy cold calling.

CRM and Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Update contact details, outreach activity, reply status and notes.
  • Follow lead generation workflows and reporting systems.
  • Track campaign progress and prospect movement.
  • Keep lead lists clean, organized, and updated.

Growth and Learning

  • Learn outbound growth and lead generation systems.
  • Improve email writing, LinkedIn outreach and prospect research skills.
  • Learn how to identify business pain points through research.
  • Use AI tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and outreach platforms.

Collaboration

  • Work with marketing on email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, lead magnets and outbound messaging.
  • Coordinate with sales and leadership on qualified leads and campaign performance.
  • Share feedback on industries, messages, and prospect types that perform best.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation, email marketing. LinkedIn outreach, sales development or customer communication.
  • U.S. market outreach experience preferred.
  • Strong written English.
  • Good research and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, websites, spreadsheets, CRM tools and outreach platforms.
  • Able to write clear and personalized outreach messages.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to manage lead lists, follow ups and CRM updates.
  • Able to work independently within systems.
  • Willing to work flexible hours for U.S. time zone support.


Preferred Skills

  • LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Email outreach or email marketing.
  • CRM management.
  • Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • B2B sales or professional services knowledge.
  • Company research and decision maker identification.
  • Personalized outreach and follow up workflows.
