Role Description
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to successfully launch and grow the laminate brand.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, customer preferences, and market gaps.
* Prepare marketing plans, budgets, and promotional calendars.
* Evaluate marketing performance and recommend strategic improvements.
2. Brand Development
* Build brand awareness and positioning within the Kathmandu Valley market.
* Develop brochures, catalogs, display materials, and other promotional collateral.
* Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.
* Strengthen brand recognition through targeted offline marketing initiatives.
3. Product Launch & Promotion
* Plan and execute product launch campaigns and promotional activities.
* Organize product demonstrations, exhibitions, dealer meets, and marketing events.
* Coordinate with the Sales team to drive product adoption and market penetration.
* Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
4. Market & Competitor Intelligence
* Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, distribution, and branding activities.
* Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs.
* Conduct regular market visits to gather competitive insights and customer feedback.
* Recommend strategies to differentiate the brand and increase market share.
5. Dealer & Channel Development
* Build relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and project consultants.
* Support dealer acquisition and market expansion initiatives.
* Coordinate dealer branding and point-of-sale marketing activities.
* Gather channel feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
6. Reporting
* Prepare reports on marketing activities, competitor intelligence, and market performance.
* Track marketing expenditure and campaign outcomes.
* Provide actionable recommendations based on market insights.
