About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Brand and Marketing Associate to work closely with our Brand and Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This is a dynamic, hands-on role at the intersection of content creation, social media, influencer collaborations, market research, and campaign coordination. It is ideal for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, and nutrition, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes initiative to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution

• Support the Brand and Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and influencer channels.

• Track timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure campaigns are launched on schedule.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.

  • Social Media Management

• Manage day-to-day social media activity across key platforms.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and optimizing engaging content.

  • Content & Research Support

• Research health, wellness, nutrition, and supplement-related topics to support content creation.

• Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop educational and engaging marketing materials.

• Maintain the content calendar and ensure a consistent flow of content across channels.

  • Influencer & Community Support

• Assist with influencer partnerships, outreach, and campaign coordination.

  • Support community engagement and help strengthen customer relationships across social platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing or content role (internships and freelance work count)

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines

• Comfortable working independently and coordinating across teams and external partners
