Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient health, and assisting doctors during medical procedures. The role also includes maintaining accurate patient records, educating patients about their treatment plans, and ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care with compassion and professionalism
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses
Assist doctors during clinical procedures and treatments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Monitor and report patient health status and changes
Educate patients about treatment plans and care instructions
Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards are maintained
Collaborate effectively with the medical team
Qualifications
PCL Nursing completed
Valid Nepal Nursing Council license certification
Skills & Experience
Strong skills in patient care, medication administration, and health monitoring
Experience assisting doctors during medical procedures
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation
Strong communication and patient counseling skills
Knowledge of fertility treatments and reproductive health is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and team setting
Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare (IVF experience preferred)
