Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kathmandu for an Application Officer/Counselor-UK. The role involves guiding students through the university application process, providing counseling on admission options, assisting with document preparation, and ensuring timely submissions. The officer will provide insights into UK education systems, advise on course selection, and handle student queries. Coordinating with universities and guiding students through visa applications are integral parts of this position.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of UK university application processes and admission requirements
  • Excellent counseling and interpersonal communication skills to provide effective guidance to students
  • Strong document preparation, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of visa application procedures and related documentation
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field
  • Prior experience in education consultancy or student counseling is highly desirable
