Job Description
We're hiring copywriters/content writers to join our team.
Your primary task is writing personalized first lines for prospect outreach. As you grow into the role, you'll move into broader writing work: blogs, email copy, landing pages, and other content for Grow Mailers and our clients.
Strong performers grow into senior roles over time.
About Grow Mailers:
Grow Mailers is a performance-based email marketing agency serving coaching and online education brands. We handle the full email marketing program for our clients including copy, deliverability, automations and reporting.
We're a team of 13, growing the team to scale further.
What You'll Do:
Primary: Write personalized first lines for prospect outreach
As you grow: Blogs, email copy, landing pages, and broader content work for Grow Mailers and our clients
Must-Haves:
- Strong written English
- At least 1 year of writing experience (freelance, agency, or in-house - any writing role counts)
- Comfortable using AI tools in your writing workflow
- Comfortable with repetition and fast typing
- Detail-oriented - names spelled right, facts accurate, no missed details
Bonus Points (Not Required):
- Familiarity with no-code or automation tools
- Personal writing work — blog, Substack, Medium, or anywhere you've published
- Experience writing for B2B SaaS, coaching, or service businesses
Compensation:
- NPR 20,000-50,000/month, depending on speed, quality, and experience.
- Clear progression to senior roles with higher compensation as you take on broader work.
Work Hours:
10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday to Friday. Saturday off.
