Role Overview

As the AI Implementor & Coordinator, you will act as an internal consultant and automation architect. You will sit down with our Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, HR, and Operations teams to understand their daily bottlenecks, map out their workflows, and inject AI solutions to eliminate repetitive manual work. You will also own internal Management Information Systems (MIS), ensuring leadership has real-time, automated reports on team performance and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Department AI Automation:

    • Sales & Marketing / Lead Gen: Build automated pipelines for scraping leads, sorting high-intent prospects, generating personalized outreach, and setting up automated AI follow-up sequences.

    • Sourcing & Market Research: Deploy AI research tools to quickly analyze global market trends, compare vendor pricing, and summarize industry data for purchasing decisions.

    • HR & Recruitment: Implement AI-assisted resume screening, automate interview scheduling, and create interactive AI knowledge bases for employee onboarding and company policies.

  • Training & Capability Building:

    • Act as the internal AI Champion. Design and conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for all staff members to ensure high adoption of AI tools.

    • Create simple SOPs and cheat sheets for teams on how to prompt effectively and use internal AI setups.

  • Reporting, MIS, & Follow-Ups:

    • Build and maintain smart, automated MIS dashboards that track company KPIs and departmental daily logs.

    • Establish AI-driven tracking systems to monitor action items, client follow-ups, and project deadlines, reporting directly to management.






Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications
  • The Right Experience: 2+ years managing business processes, operations, or digital transformation. You must be able to show examples of workflows you have successfully automated in the past.

  • AI Tool Mastery: Deep hands-on proficiency with daily AI productivity ecosystems (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity), no-code automation platforms (Zapier or Make.com), and data-scraping workflows.

  • The Trainer Mindset: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You must be patient, confident, and highly capable of explaining technical AI concepts to non-technical team members.

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong background in data handling, reporting, and Excel/BI tools to manage company MIS effectively.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA with a tech background is highly preferred).
