Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a versatile, highly motivated Sales, Marketing, and Event Manager to join our team. In this dynamic, hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, brand visibility, and public-facing activations. You will be responsible for generating leads, executing marketing campaigns, and taking full ownership of end-to-end event management as needed.
The ideal candidate is a target-driven multitasker who can seamlessly transition between pitching a sale, designing a promotional strategy, and running the logistics of a live event.
Event Management
- End-to-End Execution: Take full ownership of planning, coordinating, and managing events from initial concept to post-event breakdown.
- Logistics & Operations: Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors and venues, and oversee on-site setup to ensure flawless delivery.
- Adaptability: Organize diverse events as required by business needs, ensuring each aligns with the company's overarching goals and brand standards.
Sales & Business Development
- Target Achievement: Actively pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals to meet and exceed established sales quotas.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Contract Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions and finalize agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
Marketing & Promotions
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives to promote our events, products, or services.
- Digital Presence: Manage social media marketing, email campaigns, and content creation to drive audience engagement and event attendance.
- Market Analysis: Track the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies based on data, customer feedback, and industry trends.
- Experience: Proven track record in event management, sales, or marketing (experience combining all three is highly preferred).
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for persuasive negotiation.
- Drive: A results-oriented mindset focused on hitting targets to unlock full incentive potential.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as dictated by the event schedule.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, or a directly related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience spanning sales, marketing, and event management.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and strict deadlines under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for persuasive negotiation and high-stakes presentations.
- Drive: A results-oriented mindset heavily focused on hitting targets to unlock full incentive potential.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as dictated by the event schedule.
Compensation: Salary Upto 50,000 + Performance-Based Incentives (upon achieving all targets)
