We’re Hiring Sales Associate - Real Estate Australia


Elite Business Staffing is looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Associate to join our growing team supporting the Australian real estate market. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills and 1–2 years of experience in the real estate sector.


Position Overview

As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist Australian clients throughout the property buying and selling process. The role involves client communication, lead management, marketplace coordination, property posting, and CRM management.


Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support

  • Assist clients with inquiries related to Australian properties
  • Guide clients through the property buying and selling process
  • Maintain professional communication and client records
  • Provide follow-ups and escalate issues when required


Lead Generation & Management

  • Generate and manage quality leads through digital platforms and listings
  • Qualify potential buyers based on their needs and interests
  • Coordinate with Australian representatives regarding client requirements
  • Maintain regular client follow-ups and updates


Property Listing & Social Media Coordination

  • Post and manage property listings across Australian marketplaces
  • Ensure listings are accurate, attractive, and up to date
  • Promote properties through social media platforms to increase reach and engagement


Administrative & CRM Management

  • Maintain CRM records and documentation
  • Update brochures, presentations, and client resources
  • Follow Australian real estate compliance standards


Qualifications

  • High school qualification or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Experience in real estate, customer service, virtual assistance, or mortgage support


Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong lead generation and follow-up abilities
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online marketplaces

Working Hours

Monday - Friday

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Including 1-hour lunch break)
