Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, enterprise, government, healthcare, hospitality, education, and financial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and OEMs.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Develop account plans and sales strategies for key customers.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.

Opportunity Development & Project Pursuit

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture enterprise business opportunities.
  • Understand customer business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Influence solution requirements through consultative engagement and technical discussions.
  • Coordinate OEM presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Develop opportunities from the prospecting stage through project award and closure.
  • Track project pipelines, procurement plans, and tender opportunities.
  • Drive project pursuits to maximize win rates and revenue realization.

Technical Consulting & Pre-Sales

  • Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
  • Design enterprise networking, wireless, cybersecurity, surveillance, and ICT solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, BOMs, compliance matrices, and technical documentation.
  • Support RFP/RFQ/Tender preparation and submission.
  • Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners for solution validation and support.
  • Provide technical consultation to customers and internal sales teams.

Project Coordination & Customer Success

  • Support implementation teams during project execution.
  • Participate in project handover and customer acceptance activities.
  • Assist in resolving technical queries and customer concerns.
  • Ensure effective coordination between sales, technical, and support teams.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • A Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, System Integration, ISP/ Telecom, Networking, Cybersecurity, or ICT Solutions.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing technical and commercial roles.
  • Experience in handling enterprise accounts, tenders, and solution sales will be preferred.

  • CONA/CONP
  • Huawei HCIA / HCIP
  • Fortinet FCA / FCF / FCP
  • Sophos Technical Certifications
  • Project Management Certification (PMPIPRINCEZ or equivalent preferred)
