Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Software Sales Executive / Business Development Officer to help us introduce and sell our healthcare software solutions to clinics, doctors, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers in Nepal.
This role is for someone who can confidently meet healthcare professionals, understand their daily operational challenges, explain how software can help them, and convert interested prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach clinics, doctors, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and healthcare businesses.
- Visit potential customers in person and present our software solutions clearly.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and use cases in a simple and practical way.
- Understand customer needs and communicate them to the internal product and support team.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and visits.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and regularly update lead status.
- Arrange product demos and help customers through the onboarding process.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and business owners.
- Collect feedback from customers to help improve the product.
- Meet monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in software sales, healthcare sales, medical representative work, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable visiting clinics, doctors, and healthcare businesses regularly.
- Basic understanding of software products and willingness to learn.
- Ability to explain technology to non-technical users.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Good follow-up habits and basic reporting skills.
- Fluency in Nepali is required; English is a plus.
- Must be based in Nepal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, or diagnostic centers.
- Existing network in the healthcare sector.
- Experience with CRM, healthcare software, appointment systems, billing systems, or practice management software.
- Ability to conduct simple software demos.
