Arogin Care Home Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated, compassionate, and qualified nursing professionals to join our growing team. We provide high-quality residential care and medical monitoring, and we are currently seeking dynamic individuals for the following position:

Position: PCL Staff Nurse

· Number of Vacancies: 8

· Job Type: Full-time

· Location: Bishal Nagaar-5, Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities

· Provide high-quality nursing care and daily health monitoring to residents/patients.

· Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by medical doctors.

· Monitor, record, and report vital signs and any significant changes in patient conditions.

· Assist in daily living activities and rehabilitation processes of care home residents.

· Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient medical records and care plans.

· Coordinate effectively with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare team members.

· Ensure a safe, clean, and empathetic environment for the residents.

Job Specifications

· Qualification: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) in Nursing from a recognized medical institution.

· Licensure: Must be registered with the Nepal Nursing Council (NNC) with a valid license.

· Experience: Prior experience in a care home, ICU, ward, or geriatric care is preferred, but smart and enthusiastic fresher candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

· Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong emotional stability, patience, and a compassionate attitude toward elderly or critical patients.

o Ability to work well in a team and handle night shifts smoothly.
