- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key managed sellers to drive sustained business growth within the portfolio
- Collaborate with sellers and brands to plan and execute promotions activities in Daraz App/ Meta/ GDN/ offline etc. in turn which will boost seller sales in Daraz
- Closely track industry trending products offline, Daraz search, market visit and onboard the products/ sellers in Daraz with the help of targeted BD team
- Oversee seller adherence to critical operational KPIs—such as timely Campaign submissions, Daraz program participations, Order processing, Prompt customer query responses, and accurate inventory management
- Conduct monthly meetings with sellers, share monthly business performance updates and implement targeted corrective actions to improve results
- Build strong working relationships across internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Gen-ops) and regional team leads
- Regular market visit to understand the trends in the offline market
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 yr of experience
- Experience in sales or other fields (even if part-time) with strong English and Nepali communication skills
- Additional training or certifications in MS Office (especially Excel) or any certification in relevant sales field or trainings in areas that would lead to being a better more well-rounded professional is desirable
- Must possess 2-wheeler and valid driving license
