MAIN RESPONSIBI

LITIES1. Clinical Care & Patient Mana

gement• Provide high-quality nursing care according to established clinical stan

dards.• Administer medications safely and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment

plans.• Monitor patient progress and recognize early signs of deterior

ation.• Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, interventions, and care

plans.• Assist doctors during procedures and provide post-procedure

care.• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and discharge

care.2. Quality & Patient

Safety• Follow infection control protocols to minimize healthcare-associated infec

tions.• Ensure safe medication administration prac

tices.• Implement patient fall prevention mea

sures.• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, patient rounds, and safety discus

sions.• Conduct pre-discharge assessments to ensure patient readiness and s
