Role Description

The Content Creator will develop engaging content that showcases Ultima Lifestyle’s products and brand across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and online marketplaces. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for planning content calendars, scripting and producing short-form videos, creating product-focused posts, writing captions, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns. You will research trends, track content performance, and optimize creative outputs to appeal to youth and millennial audiences. This is a hybrid position, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style.


Qualifications

  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, storytelling, and basic scriptwriting for digital platforms.
  • Experience producing and editing visual content (e.g., short videos, reels, product photos) using common creative tools or apps.
  • Familiarity with social media management, including planning content calendars and understanding platform-specific best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as audience targeting, engagement metrics, and brand positioning.
  • Ability to research trends, understand youth and millennial culture, and translate insights into creative ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain consistent tone, style, and branding across all content.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred. Freshers are welcome too.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle, or fashion brands is an advantage.
  • Comfort working with tight deadlines and adapting quickly to feedback and changing priorities.
