Marketing Manager
Remote (Nepal) · Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM NPT
Compensation: Rs. 50,000–80,000/month (based on experience)

About the Role
You will own NLN's marketing efforts across content, events, audience growth, and communications.
This is a high-ownership role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
You will work directly with the Founder and collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, ambassadors, volunteers, designers, and editors.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth
- Develop and execute NLN's marketing strategy
- Own and manage the content calendar
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Grow NLN's audience, engagement, and event attendance
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements
Content & Communications
- Develop content ideas and campaigns
- Write newsletters, social media copy, and promotional content
- Coordinate content production with designers, editors, ambassadors, and volunteers
- Manage content distribution across all channels
- Ensure consistent brand messaging
Event Marketing
- Lead marketing efforts for NLN events
- Develop strategies to increase registrations and attendance
- Support chapter marketing initiatives across multiple cities
- Build relationships with community organizations, student groups, and professional associations to increase event visibility and participation
- Coordinate outreach and cross-promotional opportunities with relevant community partners
Marketing Operations
- Maintain marketing systems, workflows, and documentation
- Organize marketing assets and content library
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, community growth, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
Preferred
- Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools
Compensation
- NPR 50,000–80,000/month depending on experience and qualifications
