Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Kathmandu. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across multiple social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, managing daily posting and community interactions, and optimizing content for reach and performance. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align messaging, tracking and reporting on key metrics, and staying current with platform trends and best practices. The Social Media Manager will also support campaign planning, contribute creative ideas, and help ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
- Should know how to run digital ads across social platforms and optimize advertisement.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Experience in Content Strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with business goals, and understanding target audiences.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) and social media management tools.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate insights to improve performance.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with creative, marketing, or account teams in an agency or digital environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
