Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a SEO Content Strategist (AI SEO, AEO & Content Specialist). The role involves planning and executing SEO and AI-assisted content strategies that support search visibility, answer engine optimization (AEO), and brand growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword and topic research, mapping content to user intent, and developing content calendars aligned with SEO and business goals. The specialist will create and optimize web content, briefs, and on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links) while collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, running content experiments, leveraging AI tools for ideation and optimization, and providing regular insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications

  • Strong content strategy and content development skills, with the ability to plan, structure, and optimize content for SEO and AEO.
  • Proficiency in web content writing and writing, including clear, concise, and audience-focused digital copy.
  • Experience with content management, including maintaining content libraries, workflows, and publishing processes in CMS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO (on-page, technical basics, and off-page principles) and familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and leading SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
  • Understanding of AI-assisted SEO and content tools (e.g., AI keyword clustering, content optimization, and brief generation) and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to interpret data, run basic performance analyses, and translate insights into actionable content recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside designers, developers, and marketing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in digital agencies or performance marketing environments is an advantage.
