Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Experience: 6–8 Years

Location: Gaushala, Kathmandu

Position Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of 360-degree digital marketing strategies across search, social, display, email, and video.
  • Drive measurable growth through data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide the digital marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Leverage tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 for campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring ROI-focused campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Generate insightful dashboards and reports for real-time performance tracking and executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales) to create engaging and brand-consistent content.
  • Lead audience segmentation, competitor benchmarking, and market trend analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Plan and oversee digital activations, influencer campaigns, and product launches.
  • Manage vendor/agency relationships and ensure timely, quality execution.
  • Optimize marketing spend and allocate budgets effectively across platforms.
Requirements
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within tech, mobility, or ride-hailing sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong track record in campaign optimization, ROI improvement, and scaling performance marketing.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
  • Solid experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Familiarity with creative tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) for campaign asset collaboration.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and leadership skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-first mindset and the ability to translate insights into action.
