Job Description
We are looking for a driven and creative Brand Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading company in the beauty and personal care industry to lead end-to-end brand and marketing initiatives across our portfolio of 15+ international brands. This is a strategic and hands-on role suited to someone who understands the beauty consumer deeply, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and has a strong track record of turning brand stories into impactful, results-driven marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of brand and marketing campaigns — from brief and concept development through execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis — across all channels including digital, social, retail, and influencer marketing.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal opportunities, and overall brand priorities.
- Drive the planning and execution of brand-building initiatives that strengthen market positioning and increase consumer engagement across skincare, beauty, and haircare categories.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, digital, and design teams to develop compelling, on-brand assets and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Set campaign and brand performance KPIs, monitor results, and translate data into actionable insights to optimize future marketing investments and creative strategies.
- Partner with commercial, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives, sales targets, inventory planning, and promotional strategies.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets across channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong return on investment.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, media partners, and external agencies to maximize campaign impact and brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to ensure the brands remain at the forefront of the evolving beauty and personal care landscape.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a high-performance marketing culture.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing, with significant exposure to the beauty, skincare, haircare, or personal care industry—either in-house or with an agency specializing in these categories.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns from concept through execution and performance evaluation.
- Strong understanding of the beauty consumer journey and the ability to create meaningful touchpoints across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention stages.
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and content creator partnerships, including identification, briefing, collaboration, and performance measurement.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and reporting platforms to derive insights and make informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands and concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and confidently present ideas to senior leadership.
