Job Summary
The Senior Finance Manager will oversee all finance and accounting functions of the manufacturing operation, ensuring financial stability, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strategic business support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
- Manage manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and cost control.
- Ensure accurate accounting, financial statements, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee taxation, audits, treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships.
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management processes.
- Support business decisions through financial analysis and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop the finance team while collaborating with plant and corporate management.
- CA/ ACCA.
- Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role within manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in costing, budgeting, taxation, financial reporting, ERP systems, and team management.
