Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and perform daily bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare vouchers, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of VAT, TDS, and other tax-related reports.
- Manage and maintain sales and purchase documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in cash management activities.
- Support payroll processing and financial reporting tasks.
- Assist with internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping of financial transactions.
- Support the finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Running or Completed) in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
