About The Role

We seek creative, adaptable, and self-motivated individuals to join our studio as project-based creative makers. This opportunity is ideal for freelancers, independent creatives, emerging artists, or experienced professionals who value flexibility and autonomy across diverse projects.

As a creative maker, you may contribute to photography, videography, behind-the-scenes production, content creation, editing, styling, or creative execution, depending on your strengths and each assignment’s needs.

Our projects include weddings, concerts, corporate campaigns, social media content, branded productions, and private events. Each project offers unique challenges, team structures, and creative directions, making this role ideal for those who enjoy variety and hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

Project-Based Creative Support

• Support photography and videography teams during events and productions.
• Assist with content capture, equipment setup, subject direction, or creative logistics as needed.
• Contribute creative ideas during shoots and production planning.
• Adapt to various event styles, client expectations, and production environments.
  
  

Content Creation & Production

• Capture photo and video content for events, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in creating reels, behind-the-scenes content, highlight clips, and other visual storytelling assets.
• Support editing workflows as required by each project
• Deliver assigned creative outputs on schedule.
  
  

Event & Shoot Coordination

• Help ensure smooth production flow during live events
• Coordinate on-site with photographers, videographers, editors, and coordinators
• Support the setup and operation of lighting, audio, props, or production equipment as needed
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, guests, vendors, and collaborators
  
  

Creative Flexibility

• Work across multiple project types based on your skills and availability.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and uphold studio quality standards.
• Stay current with content trends, editing styles, and evolving creative formats.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience in photography, videography, editing, content creation, production assistance, or similar creative work
• Strong creative sense and adaptability to various project styles
• Comfortable working in dynamic event settings
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and creative professionals
• Ability to manage deadlines and project expectations independently
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event productions, weddings, concerts, or branded content shoots
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software
• Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
• Personal creative portfolio or social media work samples required
• Ability to multitask across creative and production tasks
