Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Project Manager role based in Kathmandu. The Sales Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project coordination for pre-engineered building solutions, from initial client inquiry through project handover. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, supporting pricing discussions, and managing sales pipelines. The role will coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. The Sales Project Manager will maintain regular communication with customers, provide status updates, address issues, and ensure a high standard of service and satisfaction. The position also involves tracking market trends, analyzing sales data, and recommending strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong project coordination skills, including planning, organizing tasks, and managing timelines across multiple projects.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, project metrics, and market information for informed decision-making.
- Customer service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, manage concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, deal closing, and pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or pre-engineered buildings is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and comfort with learning new digital tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, manage competing priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented, results-focused approach.
