Mainawati Steel Industries Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced Engineer / Senior Engineer (PPC & MIS) to oversee Production Planning & Control (PPC) and Management Information System (MIS) functions within its steel manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production planning, reporting, inventory coordination, and manufacturing data analysis, preferably in the steel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Generate and maintain accurate MIS reports related to production, inventory, and operational performance.
- Analyze production data and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Track raw material availability and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid production delays.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production activities.
- Support management with data-driven insights for planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
