- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Management.
- Freshers to 1 year of experience; prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Identify sales opportunities for elevator and escalator installation and modernization projects.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and gather client requirements for solution proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to achieve business targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license
