Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Canada Education Counselor to guide students through the process of studying in Canada. The counselor will be responsible for advising students on course selection, university applications, admission requirements, visa procedures, and pre-departure preparations while ensuring a high level of student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding study opportunities in Canada.
Assess students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
Assist students with university and college applications.
Guide students through admission requirements, documentation, and application deadlines.
Support students in preparing visa applications and required supporting documents.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian education systems, immigration policies, and institutional requirements.
Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Coordinate with partner universities and colleges in Canada.
Conduct information sessions, seminars, and promotional events.
Maintain accurate student records and application tracking systems.
Provide pre-departure guidance and orientation to students.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
Minimum 1year of experience in international education counseling, preferably for Canada.
Strong knowledge of Canadian colleges, universities, and study permit processes.
Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve enrollment targets.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
