Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Kathmandu. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and qualified leads. Responsibilities include developing and implementing digital strategies, managing social media presence, coordinating content and campaigns, and overseeing paid and organic initiatives. The role involves monitoring performance using web analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery aligned with business objectives.

Job Description

  • Lead digital marketing and content operations across all business verticals.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth and brand visibility.
  • Plan and manage content calendars and communication strategies.
  • Oversee social media, blogs, videos, emailers, and in-app content.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver marketing projects effectively.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven strategies.
  • Conduct audience analysis, segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing.
  • Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports and dashboards.
  • Manage marketing budgets, media spend, and resource allocation.
  • Support partnerships, influencer campaigns, market research, and product launches.
Job Specifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience in Digital & Content Marketing.
  • Digital Campaign Management skills.
  • Content Planning experience.
  • Performance Marketing knowledge.
  • Experience in technology, e-commerce, logistics, ride-sharing, food delivery, or fast-paced industries preferred.
