Job Description
KL Dugar Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to strengthen our HORECA and FMCG business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, catering companies, and institutions.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Promote and sell the company's bakery and HORECA product portfolio.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits and client meetings.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand-building activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, HORECA, Institutional, or Key Account Sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
