Job Summary

Lead and manage project-based business in construction materials, including cement, steel, and construction chemicals. The role involves end-to-end project management—from client acquisition to execution, technical coordination, billing, and collections—ensuring seamless project delivery and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Acquisition & Business Development

•Identify and secure new project opportunities across hydropower, infrastructure, commercial, and residential sectors.

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners.

•Participate in tenders, negotiations, and technical discussions.

•Achieve monthly and annual project sales targets.

  • Technical Coordination

•Understand project specifications and recommend appropriate construction materials, including:

oCement types (OPC / PPC / PSC)

oSteel grades

oConstruction chemicals and admixtures

•Provide technical guidance and support to clients and site engineers.

•Coordinate with internal R&D and production teams to deliver customized solutions.

  • Project Execution & Monitoring

•Ensure timely supply of materials in line with project schedules.

•Monitor on-site material usage, consumption patterns, and performance.

•Address and resolve site-level issues promptly.

•Maintain effective coordination between clients, site teams, and internal operations.

  • Commercial & Billing Management

•Prepare quotations, BOQs, and rate analyses.

•Track billing, invoicing, and payment collections.

•Manage credit control and ensure timely recovery of dues.

•Monitor and maintain project-wise profitability.

  • Reporting & Documentation

•Maintain an updated project pipeline and status reports.

•Submit weekly and monthly reports covering:

oSales performance

oSite progress

oCollections

•Ensure proper documentation of agreements, approvals, and site records.
