They are currently looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the operational performance of our partners, monitor their quality metrics and participate in improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational performance of partners and monitor their quality metrics
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve partner efficiency
- Provide operational feedback and recommendations to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain communication with cross-functional teams within the service
Requirements:
- Strong writing and verbal skills in Nepali and English languages
- Passion for helping and communicating with people
- Good problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Experience in operations or quality management will be an advantage
