Experience: 2 to 3 years in QA (with at least 2 years in QA automation using Python)
Location: Kathmandu
About The Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer I (QA) to design and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and quality processes for data-driven platforms. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans.
- Build regression test suites and maintain test environments.
- Analyze large datasets and ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with developers and data engineers on data ingestion/distribution platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python Tech Stack.
- Hands-on experience with test automation (Selenium, Python).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SQL Databases, No-SQL Databases and ability to write SQL and aggregation pipelines in MongoDB.
- Familiarity with AWS.
- Hands on experience with git.
- Experience with test management tools (Jira X-ray) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Familiarity with US healthcare data.
