Job Description
Position Summary:
The Enterprise Sales Officer - BFI Focused will be responsible for driving enterprise business growth within the Banking, Financial Institutions, and Insurance (BFI) sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, generating sales pipelines, and promoting enterprise connectivity and ICT solutions to BFI clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales exposure, relationship management capability, and understanding of enterprise ISP/ICT solutions and BFI business operations.
Job Description:
- Identify and acquire new BFI customers for enterprise connectivity and ICT solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers of banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, microfinance institutions, and cooperatives.
- Generate and manage sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue and acquisition targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts.
- Coordinate with technical and solution teams for proposal preparation and solution designing.
- Ensure timely follow-up for contract signing and service delivery.
- Maintain regular updates of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting reports in CRM/reporting systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements within the BFI segment.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Support customer retention and account growth initiatives.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Information Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales, preferably in ISP, telecom, ICТ, banking solution sales, or technology sector.
- Experience handling BFI clients will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of enterprise sales processes and account management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid license.
