- Counsel prospective students regarding study opportunities in the UK and Australia
- Assist students with university/course selection based on academic background, career goals, and financial considerations
- Handle complete admission procedures including application processing, document verification, and submission
- Maintain regular communication with partner universities and educational institutions
- Provide accurate information regarding admission requirements, deadlines, visa procedures, scholarships, and enrollment processes
- Support students in preparing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and other required documents
- Track application status and follow up with universities for offer letters and updates
- Maintain student records and update CRM/admission management systems regularly
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of admissions and visa applications
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students and stakeholders
- Stay updated on changes in UK and Australian education systems, immigration policies, and university requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in UK and/or Australia student admissions is preferred
- Strong understanding of international education systems and admission procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously
- Customer-service oriented with a professional and empathetic approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/admission software is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of UK and Australian visa procedures
- Experience working with international education consultancies
- Strong counseling and relationship-building abilities
- Problem-solving and time-management skills
