About the Role

INVESTOR FRIENDLY CPA® is looking for a Community Engagement and Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day community engagement, social media management, content scheduling, analytics tracking, and paid advertising support across Meta and Google.


This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with people online. You do not need prior experience working in a CPA firm. The most important requirement is that you are strong in community engagement, social media execution, follow-through, and marketing ownership.


This is not just a posting role. We need someone who can actively engage with audiences, identify lead opportunities, track performance, support ad campaigns, and help turn community activity into measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement

  • Manage daily engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, and other assigned online communities.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and community questions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Create value-first responses that build trust instead of sounding overly sales-focused.
  • Identify people who show interest in tax planning, real estate investing, business ownership, or related topics.
  • Capture qualified comments and DMs as leads in Monday.com.
  • Track common questions, objections, and audience interests from community conversations.
  • Maintain the Community Page Tracker daily.
  • Learn industry-specific communities over time, including real estate investor groups, 1031 exchange groups, cost segregation communities, and platforms such as BiggerPockets.
  • Escalate sensitive tax questions, service concerns, or high-value lead opportunities to the Marketing Lead or VP of Marketing.


Paid Ads Ownership

  • Take full ownership of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Set up, monitor, optimize, and report on paid ad campaigns.
  • Manage campaign structure, audiences, budgets, placements, keywords, creatives, calls to action, and

landing page links.

  • Make sure all ads are properly connected to lead capture forms, landing pages, UTMs, and reporting systems.
  • Track key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, leads, and lead quality.
  • Review campaign performance regularly and recommend what should be paused, adjusted, scaled, or tested next.
  • Coordinate with the Creative Director and marketing team for ad creatives, copy, thumbnails, videos, landing page updates, and new testing ideas.
  • Run monthly paid ad experiments and document results clearly in Monday.com.
  • Research competitor ads, keywords, offers, and creative angles when needed.
  • Make sure ad campaigns are organized, accurate, and aligned with company goals.


Lead Capture and CRM Tracking

  • Add qualified leads from comments, DMs, webinar activity, community posts, and social interactions into Monday.com.
  • Apply the correct source tags for social DM, social comment, webinar, event, referral, form submission, or campaign source.
  • Avoid duplicate contacts by checking existing records before creating new ones.
  • Add clear notes explaining where the lead came from, what they asked about, and what their interest level appears to be.
  • Coordinate with the AE or sales team when a lead needs follow-up.
  • Track social and community-sourced leads weekly.


Analytics and Reporting

  • Prepare weekly community and social media performance updates.
  • Track follower growth, reach, engagement, comments, DMs, clicks, leads, and top-performing content.
  • Summarize what types of posts, comments, questions, and ad creatives are working.
  • Share useful insights with the Marketing Lead and VP of Marketing.
  • Help prepare data for the Friday CEO marketing report.
  • Keep Monday.com boards updated, clean, and accurate.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and online communities.
  • Strong community engagement skills and the ability to communicate naturally with people online.
  • Experience scheduling posts and tracking social media analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to respond professionally to comments, DMs, and public conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable using Monday.com or willing to learn it quickly.
  • Basic understanding of campaign tracking, UTM links, and lead source tagging.
  • Ability to document proof of work with screenshots, links, and clear updates.
  • Comfortable working with a remote and global team.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage recurring tasks without constant reminders.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing social media pages or online communities for a business.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, HubSpot, Calendly, or Google Analytics.
  • Basic copywriting experience for captions, DMs, community replies, and short-form posts.
  • Ability to prepare simple weekly reports from analytics data.
  • Interest in real estate investing, business, marketing, finance, or tax education.
  • Prior CPA firm experience is helpful, but it is not required.
