Role Description This is a contract, on-site Digital Marketing Tutor role based in Kathmandu. The Digital Marketing Tutor will design and deliver engaging lessons on key digital marketing topics, such as SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and analytics. Responsibilities include preparing curricula and training materials, conducting classroom sessions and practical workshops, and providing one-on-one guidance to learners as needed. The tutor will evaluate learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods to support different learning styles. The role also involves staying current with industry trends and tools, updating course content regularly, and collaborating with internal teams to align training with real-world digital marketing practices.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of core digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with key digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, social media management tools, basic SEO tools).
  • Demonstrated ability to create structured lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical assignments for learners at different levels.
  • Clear, confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, practical terms.
  • Prior experience as a trainer, tutor, mentor, or instructor in digital marketing or a closely related field is highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret marketing data and demonstrate data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Kathmandu, manage classroom dynamics professionally, and support a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot) are an advantage.
