Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, optimization, reporting)
• Solid understanding of sales funnels and customer journey mapping
• Experience managing clients, delivering reports, and maintaining communication
• Ability to create compelling content (ad creatives, copies, basic visual direction)
• Strong understanding of website ads (pixel setup, tracking, retargeting, landing-page flow)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for various clients
• Build full-funnel strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention)
• Coordinate with clients to understand goals, provide recommendations, and present results
• Develop content ideas and oversee creation for ads and social platforms
- Monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and adjust strategy as needed
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers when required
