Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in brand management/marketing (FMCG experience preferred)
Strong expertise in brand building, ATL/BTL campaigns, brand positioning, and end-to-end campaign execution
Proven experience in marketing activations, events, PR management, influencer marketing, and customer engagement activities
Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, competitor analysis, and marketing strategy development
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills with strong execution ability, multitasking capacity, and proficiency in MS Office tools
