The Area Sales Manager at Himalayan Distillery will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities within a specific geographic area.

Position Snapshot: The incumbent shall lead and coach the team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets, ensure market coverage, and execute commercial plans within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Executives to maximize territory coverage and performance.
  • Oversee and manage Distribution In-Charge to ensure seamless supply chain execution, optimal stock levels, and efficient market delivery.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and partners.
  • Drive outstanding customer service standards to ensure high satisfaction across the territory.
