Job Description
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans for the Commercial Vehicle EV segment covering Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Charging Infrastructure, and Business Development to achieve short-term and long-term company objectives.
  • Lead the establishment and overall setup of the EV commercial vehicle business including operational structure, dealership network, workshop setup, staffing, systems, and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop annual sales targets, operating plans, marketing strategies, and capital budgets for the EV business and monitor performance against approved plans.
  • Conduct market research and forecast industry trends, market potential, competitor activities, government policies, and EV adoption trends to formulate effective business strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, fleet customers, institutional sales opportunities, and expansion possibilities for commercial EV products and related services.
  • Ensure timely procurement, import coordination, logistics management, and delivery of vehicles, spare parts, batteries, and related equipment.
  • Develop pricing strategies for vehicles, spare parts, service packages, and annual maintenance contracts with the objective of profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and lead the complete business team including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Technical Support, Operations, and Administration functions for the EV segment.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate employees. Define responsibilities, set KPIs, monitor performance, and identify training and development requirements.
  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination among departments for efficient and customer-focused operations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures, reporting systems, and business processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor business performance including sales achievement, profitability, receivables, customer satisfaction, inventory management, and operational productivity, and submit periodic reports to management.
  • Ensure effective receivable management and coordinate with customers, financial institutions, and internal departments for timely collections and payment recovery.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimum stock availability to support uninterrupted after-sales service operations.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, financial institutions, charging infrastructure providers, and regulatory bodies regarding EV-related policies, approvals, incentives, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure implementation of company policies, legal compliance, safety standards, and operational guidelines across all EV business functions.
  • Provide strategic advice and business recommendations to management regarding expansion plans, investments, new product opportunities, and future growth of the EV commercial vehicle segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers, dealers, fleet operators, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to strengthen business growth and market presence.
  • Monitor customer feedback, market response, and service quality to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuous business improvement.
  • Handle overall business administration, operational expenditures, procurement activities, and financial discipline within approved budgets and company policies.
