Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the overall sales operations of Jimmal Group. The role focuses on revenue generation, deal closures, sales team coordination, client handling, and maintaining smooth sales processes within the company.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the Nepal real estate market, real estate sales processes, negotiation, client conversion, and sales flow management. The candidate should have prior experience in sales, preferably in real estate brokerage, and must understand how to handle buyers, sellers, leads, site visits, negotiations, and deal execution professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage overall company sales operations.
  • Generate revenue through property sales and deal closures.
  • Coordinate and supervise sales agents and sales activities.
  • Manage buyers, sellers, negotiations, and client relationships.
  • Develop sales strategies and improve conversion processes.
  • Monitor lead flow, site visits, follow-ups, and deal progress.
  • Ensure proper sales reporting and operational coordination.
  • Support the company in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
