Job Description
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Full-Time Video Editor who can support our regular video production work for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, training content, promotional videos, and educational content.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Digital Solution team to edit videos in a clean, engaging, and social-media-friendly format.
Edit short-form videos such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos.
Edit long-form YouTube videos and educational explainers.
Add subtitles, captions, basic graphics, transitions, and sound correction.
Create video versions suitable for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Repurpose long videos into short clips.
Understand the Digital Solution content style and maintain consistency.
Support thumbnail ideas and basic visual presentation when needed.
Work with the content team to deliver videos on time.
Basic to good knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Understanding of social media video format.
Good sense of timing, storytelling, hooks, captions, and audience retention.
Ability to work regularly and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
Experience in editing educational, explainer, podcast, tutorial, or talking-head videos.
Knowledge of AI video tools will be an advantage.
Ability to work with Nepali-English content will be preferred.
