Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer - General Trade FMCG, in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving channel sales through the wholesaler and retailer network. The role also involves meeting sales targets, conducting market analysis, and promoting company products effectively to maximize sales growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and growing sales pipelines
- Strong understanding of Sales Operations and strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Knowledge and experience in Channel Sales and building relationships with wholesalers and retailers
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar sector is a plus
