Location: Kumaripati, Lalitpur, Nepal (Work from Office)
Offered Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: Night Shift (To align with US Eastern/Central Standard Time)
Shift Duration: 6 PM to 2 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Mon to Fri

Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Nepal. You will lead the talent acquisition lifecycle for our US-based staffing client, focusing on high-demand healthcare roles (Nurses, Allied Health, and Tech-Clinicians). You must have a deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and the ability to work independently during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly navigate US-specific job boards and LinkedIn to identify clinical talent.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Stay updated with US healthcare hiring trends and compliance requirements
- Operates during US Business Hours (Night shift in Nepal) to ensure real-time communication with candidates and the US-based client.
- Conduct rigorous phone/video screenings to evaluate clinical competency, communication skills, and cultural fit for US facilities.
- Verify candidate credentials, including state-specific nursing licenses, BLS/ACLS certifications, and understanding of US work authorizations (W2, 1099, C2C).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment (or staffing industry)
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proficient in navigating multiple digital platforms, software, ATS and MS-Office package tools simultaneously.
- Familiarity with healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with US time zones, geography, and federal/state employment laws Note: Please note, this role requires strict adherence to shift schedules.
