Enlighten International Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for multiple International Counselors.
Role Description:
The International Counselor is responsible for guiding students who wish to study in New Zealand, Canada, Japan, and South Korea. The counselor will provide professional counseling services related to course selection, university admissions, visa processing, scholarships, and pre-departure preparation while ensuring excellent student support and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in NZ, Canada, Japan, and Korea.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses, colleges, universities, and language programs.
- Guide students through admission procedures and documentation requirements.
- Support students in visa application and interview preparation.
- Provide information regarding scholarships, tuition fees, living costs, and career opportunities.
- Conduct follow-up sessions with prospective students and parents.
- Maintain accurate student records and application tracking.
- Coordinate with partner institutions and maintain professional relationships.
- Organize seminars, webinars, and educational events.
- Stay updated on international education trends, immigration policies, and visa regulations.
- Achieve counseling and enrollment targets set by the organization.
Key Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 1-2 years previous experience in abroad study counseling preferred.
- Knowledge of international admission and visa procedures.
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online platforms.
- Knowledge of IELTS, PTE, TOPIK, or Japanese language programs.
- Sales and student conversion skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.
