The Cost Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu. The position entails managing and monitoring project costs to ensure efficiency, preparing cost estimates, drafting budgets, and analyzing financial data to keep expenditure aligned with organizational goals. The Cost Manager will oversee procurement processes, conduct vendor negotiations, and maintain accurate records of resources used. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain within defined financial and operational parameters.
- Expertise in Cost Management and Budgeting processes
- Strong skills in Procurement, Vendor Negotiation, and Resource Allocation
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Advanced knowledge of project cost forecasting and control techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly advantageous
