Job DescriptionOur Client, Goldenmud Creation Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Content Creator/ Social Media Handler.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative content strategies to build and strengthen client and company brands across social media platforms.
- Create compelling and engaging content including Instagram Reels, Facebook posts, LinkedIn content, TikTok videos, and corporate promotional materials.
- Write high-quality captions, scripts, and storytelling content in both English and Nepali.
- Manage and maintain all social media channels, ensuring consistent posting and brand messaging.
- Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and campaign timelines.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce visually appealing content.
- Research current digital trends, viral content formats, and competitor activities to generate innovative content ideas.
- Pitch fresh and creative concepts to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to maintain active community engagement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in running and optimizing social media advertising campaigns when required.
- Ensure all content reflects the company’s tone, values, and branding guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism, business administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of content planning, social media strategy, and audience engagement techniques.
- Ability to identify emerging trends and transform them into impactful content.
- Experience working collaboratively with graphic designers and video editors.
