Requirements
- Experience developing and managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.
- Create copy and deliver digital marketing campaigns (emails, landing pages, websites, web content, etc) in a timely manner.
- Develop content that will be used on multiple platforms, internally and externally, including in websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Generate ideas for new video animation and social media banner content as needed.
- Work with the Marketing Department to develop fresh digital content for social media and blog posts.
- Create monthly reports on the performance of marketing campaigns optimizing our website, content, and social media channels for SEO and domain authority improvement.
- Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the marketing team and other strategic partners.
- Build and execute social media strategies across multiple client accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Lead content calendar planning and own execution quality
- Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns — awareness to conversion
- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research
- Deliver monthly performance reports with real insights
- Guide and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and client POCs
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and trends
